Role: Executive Head of Brand and Marketing for Black. Industry: Media Company
Together with the agency, we developed the media start-up's brand. This included the logo design, the brand identity, a brand strategy, platform UX and all brand elements/templates to be used across TTL platforms. 
Our target market was low-income South Africans who had previously not had access to global and high-quality entertainment; thus, the brand was developed to be approachable, sassy, locally proud, and diverse in its offering.
The product was VOD entertainment platform with multiple global channels including sports, series, kids, family, and music to name a few. The brand project had to co-brand and collaborate with its sister brand Cell C in order to offer low-data fees and mobile access.
