Course Overview
The 2-month employee program was developed to increase communication across departments for a multinational organisation that offers many products. The aim was to educate each department on the details of how each area delivers its service, together with tips on how to cross-sell its product to customers. The program ended with an in-depth sales workshop to upskill the participants in sales confidence, methods and negotiation.
