Course Overview
The 3-month employee program was developed to increase leadership initiative and excellence for a multi-national motor vehicle organisation. The objective was to support leaders in excelling above their everyday performance levels. The program was a Mentorship-based methodology, utilising the senior team to mentor mid-management teams. Senior teams were trained in how to be mentors/coaches, and mentees were each given 10 sessions with their respective mentor.
